Останавливались с мужем на 2 последние ночи нашего пребывания в Дананге. Отель отличный, сервис и персонал на высоте. Завтраки невероятные, очень понравились. Так же отмечу тишину на этажах и хорошую шумоизоляцию. Соседей почти не слышали. Высыпались отлично, уборку и персонал не слышали вообще. Обязательно буду рекомендовать друзьям и сама вернусь с удовольствием.
I've stayed at the Bellagio in Vegas, no doubt the Bellagio hotel itself is high end, but the room in Sala Danang are far better that the Bellagio's rooms. The roof top pool was amazing, their breakfast buffet damn it was good, they even have free shuttle to airport. Definitely returning to this hotel.
今回、子連れのハネムーンでこのホテルを利用させていただきましたが、最高すぎました！ 褒めるべき点はたくさんありますが、まず何よりスタッフの方が皆さん本当にとても親切で笑顔で接客してくれて、とても気の利いたサービスをたくさんしてくれました！ 普段サービス業をしていますが、とても勉強になると感じるくらい皆さんの接客は最高でした！ 客室も綺麗で景色も最高でしたし、朝食も美味しく種類も豊富でまだ離乳食のような食事しか食べれない娘も大満喫でした。 屋上のプールも混んではいますが景色最高ですし、バーも併設されているので母子はプール、父はビール🍺を楽しめました(^^) 次回ダナンに来ることがあればまたサラホテルを利用したいと思います！ 清潔感重視の日本人の方にもお勧めです！ 子連れの方にもお勧めです！ 最後に。 私たち家族に最高に幸せな時間と空間を提供してくださったスタッフの方々（特にレストランスタッフ、フロントスタッフ、ドアマンの方々）本当に本当にありがとうございました✨
We had a very good stay at Sala Danang Beach Hotel and what stood out most was the thoughtful service from the staff throughout the stay. One small example: the coffee from the self-serve machine at breakfast was a bit watery, and when we mentioned it casually, they immediately offered to prepare proper coffee from the barista instead. Small detail, but it showed genuine attention to guests rather than just following standard procedures. The breakfast on the 2nd floor lounge was also much better for us than the main one on the 3rd floor. It was quieter, calmer, and far more enjoyable in the morning. The hotel also provides free beach towels and bicycles, and were well maintained and actually pleasant to use. We stayed in a sea view suite which was very spacious and had a beautiful direct view over the beach. The Grand Tourane obstructs the view a bit but not a big deal. One tip: ask for a higher floor if possible. There is a pickleball court below and the noise can be noticeable around the mid-level floors. On the positive side, the room insulation was surprisingly good, which is quite rare in Vietnam hotels. Overall, a very comfortable stay with attentive service and good facilities. Would definitely recommend staying here.
