Mercure hotel is best even the facilities and food in buffet breakfast is the best. Staff in buffet as Ms. Channie Trang is good and accomodating. Good services all and friendly.

มีพนักงานช่วยยกกระเป๋าตลอด ที่พักมีลิฟต์ ไม่มีแอร์ มีฮีตเตอร์กับพัดลม แต่อากาศเย็นตลอด สระว่ายน้ำต้องเดินไปตึกอื่น เป็นสระน้ำอุ่น วิวสวย มีเจ้าหน้าที่ประจำสระ อาหารเช้าเป็นบุฟเฟ่ต์ ไลน์อาหารเยอะ ราคาค่อนข้างสูง แต่คุ้มค่าเมื่อเทียบกับเวลาที่ได้อยู่ข้างบนและวิวสวยๆ ส่วนลดเคเบิ้ลคาร์

Buffet breakfast lacote restaurant the food is delicious and a lot of selection. Staff ms Donna is good service and very friendly thank you . I feel happy about that.

The service staff was excellent. The porter, Chou, was very helpful and gave great advice. He even spoke Thai! I will definitely come back again in the future.

Mountain(Nui) was amazing as soon as we arrived he helped us with our luggage, the room was amazing, we told them it’s my birthday and they prepared a cake and flower in the room. highly recommend!!!
