One of the best hotels I have ever stayed at! The room was spotless, with a beautiful layout and tasteful decoration that created a very relaxing atmosphere. The breakfast was rich and offered a wide variety of options to suit every taste. The pool area was perfect for unwinding and relaxing. A special mention goes to Rose who was extremely helpful and always willing to assist us in organizing our activities. She also helped us rent a scooter, which allowed us to explore all of Da Nang with ease. Thank you for surprising me with birthday cake 🫶🏻 I would definitely choose this hotel again!
A very high-class hotel, the service is very good, the rooms are large and very nicely decorated. There are 2 very beautiful pools, one of which is on the tenth floor with a view of the entire city. There are many options for breakfast and everything looks delicious and fresh. At lunchtime, there is the option to order food and drinks from the pool on the third floor. Overall, a highly recommended hotel, as you can see from the photos.

Вечером советую заглянуть в Sevva Sky Lounge на крыше — вид на мосты и город оттуда один из лучших в Дананге. Номера просторные, с приятным дизайном, хотя к планировке ванной со стеклянными стенами нужно немного привыкнуть (благо, плотные шторы решают вопрос приватности). Отличный вариант для тех, кому важен комфорт и эстетика, но при этом хочется оставаться в центре городской жизни, а не на шумной первой линии. Customer service: 1000/10. The staff were incredibly sweet and friendly. We were traveling with a young child and only stayed for one night on our child’s birthday. The hotel kindly upgraded our room and even surprised us with a card and a cake for the child. The room and facilities were just average, but the service was outstanding. Highly recommended.
在這邊住了五天，每天只要是遇到員工，都會被熱情問候。 不管出入一樓大廳，只要門是關著的，員工都會衝上前來幫忙開門；只要有行李、重物、嬰兒推車等，員工第一時間都衝上來要幫忙提；搭乘Grab回到飯店時，如果是大太陽的天氣，員工立馬衝上前來打開傘並幫你打開車門，似乎深怕您會曬傷一樣。 員工的素質非常好，從頭到尾沒有人會像一些Grab司機一樣去跟你索討小費，但我們真的是太滿意員工的服務，所以還是有給他們小費。 早餐的部分每天的菜色幾乎都不一樣，除了玉米濃湯的勾芡太稠、炒麵不是很好吃、韓式炸雞不道地之類的小問題，以這樣的住房價格來說，你可以選擇不同的雞蛋料理方式，新鮮的水果、道地的越南咖啡、每天不同的數款小點心、不同的河粉（雞肉、牛肉…等）甚至比街邊許多店家好吃許多，另外一定要推薦奶酪，許多燉豬肉的部份軟骨也都燉到整個軟爛非常的好吃。 泳池、健身房跟兒童遊樂區都是免費使用，而且設施的品質都滿好的。 客房沒有說的非常「華麗」但乾淨整潔，且客房清潔非常棒，真心推薦。
Es ist wirklich unbeschreiblich schön. Die Rezeption ist auch sehr freundlich. Ich werde immer von Johnny sehr herzlich begrüßt. Es lässt mich sehr willkommen fühlen. Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team. Auch beim Frühstück gibt es nichts auszusetzen. Unglaublich leckere Auswahl und wirklich toller Service. Die Zimmer selbst sind auch sehr luxuriös und sauber gestalten. Einfach nur perfekt
