Having stayed at this hotel for three days,we enjoyed the food and environment. Appreciated that the service is good especially the bell boy who is very friendly and share some useful information with us like the spa, good restaurants etc. If you stay here ,please remember to walk around nearby where you can find some lovely handicrafts as souvenir.
Najbolji hotel u kome smo bili, a na putu smo vec 40 dana. Ljubaznost zaposlenih je neverovatna! Mladic cije je ime Kep se trudio da nam na svaki nacin pomogne. Dorucak je izuzetan, veliki izbor, brojne mogucnosti. Higijena na najvisem nivou, sobe se dnevno sredjuju, sa cistim peskirima... Ovaj hotel zasluzuje 5 zvezdica!
We stayed 9 nights at the beautiful Cozy Danang boutique hotel. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The atmosphere was lovely and very boutique. Our room was the deluxe double room with balcony with free airport transfer. The experience of the transfer waiting for us at the airport to take us to the hotel was the beginning of a smooth and delightful stay. We we're offered a free dinner by the pool or in our room, a complementary afternoon tea plus two free cocktails at the pool bar. We even were given a gift for staying so long with them which was such a lovely gesture. The location of the hotel was amazing so close to the dragon bridge, restaurants, spas and nail salons. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay so enjoyable. The breakfast was a standard buffet of western eggs and bacon with plenty of Vietnamese dishes to choose from. If you're looking for a quiet,clean great location hotel this is the place. 😊🙏🇻🇳👌 We will definitely be back here for our next visit to Da Nang.
Excellent stay in the heart of Da Nang! We were able to walk to most of the central attractions and local spots without needing a transportation. The breakfast was a great bonus—decent variety and a solid start to the day. Definitely a convenient choice for anyone wanting to be in the middle of the action! Will come back!
Great location - tail end of the Dragon Bridge. Han Market is a short walk from here too. Lots of shops banks restaurants all within easy walking distance. The Hotel it self: Very nice place, Great pleasant staff. Everyone I interacted with was always happy and wanted to know if they could do anything for us. The breakfast buffet was really nice. Lots of options plus an area to get your omelettes/eggs the way you want them. A Special Thank you: From the moment we were dropped off. Hogan appeared out of nowhere to greet us grab our bags and to give us that truly special welcome that makes you feel very important. He couldn't do enough for us. He always seemed to be there offering great advice on places to go. A very nice young man who I really enjoyed talking to -especially about football. When we were leaving he showed my wife a very handy option on her Grab app that we had missed that saved us some money. Thank you so much Hogan. You are the face of the Hotel and give everyone a great first Impression...
