Tuyệt vời, vượt ngoài mong đợi This is a four-star hotel that honestly deserved six. We stayed for five days, and this is my heartfelt impression: OM Nghĩa (Anthony) personally attends to guests with genuine care—kudos to you. The chef, Bao (Brian), consistently greeted us and shared conversation at the restaurant. Trang (Jenifer) on the third level was incredibly attentive, ensuring every detail was just right. Tú (Shella) went above and beyond to help us with anything we needed. She made our plans feel easy and seamless. Trang shared a special birthday connection with my daughter Phương (Angela), and together they started to map out our future hotel stays, including golf and surfing adventures. Hai (Helly) on the 20th floor was exceptionally caring. Hiếu (Alice) treated us with remarkable warmth and hospitality. Nguyệt (Navy) always greeted us with a radiant smile, making every day brighter. Leaving this place feels truly difficult, because the experience wasn’t just about a great stay—it was about the people who made it unforgettable. We carry with us not just memories, but a promise to return and relive the moment again and again.

ビーチの目の前、あいにく海が見える部屋ではなかったのですが、部屋は広く綺麗。トイレにトイレットペーパーを流せるのも確認し、気づくのが遅くなり未使用だが、ウォッシュレットもついていました。使ってみたかった（笑） 旅行途中で子供が体調を崩し、シーツや部屋を汚してしまったりしても、部屋掃除のスタッフが嫌な顔せず逆に心配もしてくださりながら処理をしてくれました。慣れない海外なので心配りが嬉しかったです。 朝食バイキングも、5泊毎日食べても飽きないくらいフォーもパンも美味しく満足でした。 プールも綺麗で、バーから子供達を、眺めながら飲むビールは最高でした！ 近くに水を購入できるマーケットや、レストランも多数あり立地も問題ないです。 また機会があったら、利用したいです。

First thing gotta say thank you to Shella! She’s Super kind and helped me with all my tours! Not only that, but every morning while getting coffee she’d come chit chat. I stayed here for 2 glorious weeks. 1. Hotel overall - Awesome hotel, coffee, diner, pool, gym, spa, rooftop bar, and you can plan your tours in the lobby. Only downside, is the two elevators. Not a major issue, and really nothing can be done to fix this. Sometimes you’ll wait an extra 3-4minutes. Not a big issue. Coffee Stand- Awesome! Really love their deals that they have going on. Salted coffee is my favorite. Diner-Amazing! I will say, I purposely make an effort to never eat at my hotels to try local area, but this place had me coming back twice a day. The food and service is extremely good. Also very cheap! Rooftop- Pretty chill place to relax. You’ll find the pool and they’ll be towels up top to dry off with and the view is stellar. Tours- They have a spot in the lobby, to book all the tours you could ever want. I did everything! Short and simple and they’ll work with you to make your ideal tour day perfect. You can do group tours, or private car tour. 2. Staff- EVERYONE is so awesome! Door greeters, coffee stand workers, Tour workers, Diner! The bar! Everyone treated me like family and help teach me some words. I felt really close to everyone working here. 3.,Location- Beach directly across the street, 24/7 Shops not even a minute walk away. Grab rides are instant. Everything is nearby!! Felt safe the entire time here. Overall the place is top tier, and perfect. It sets the standard so high for other hotels. You won’t regret staying here for your trips.

다이아몬드 발코니 오션뷰에 반해 4박을 예약했어요 리뷰가 호불호가 있어 걱정했지만 막상 와보니 완전 호였어요!! 가기 전에 메일로 트윈베드를 붙여달라고 요청드렸더니 바로 알겠다고 답장왔고 침대 위에 매트도 하나 더 깔아주셨더라구요 그래서 원베드인 것 처럼잘 지냈구요 또 결혼 10주년이라고 하니 침대에 생화 장식도 해주시고 케이크도 올려주셨어요!!^^ 시설이 노후되긴 했지만 그래도 잘 관리되고 있었고 뜨거운 물도 잘 나왔어요. 발코니는 말이 필요없을 정도로 좋았습니다. 아침 저녁으로 발코니에 앉아서 멍때리기 좋았어요. 다낭 여행 중 가장 그리운게 발코니에 앉아 바다 구경했던 거에요ㅠㅠ 그리고 라운지에 크진 않지만 수영장도 있어 물놀이도 잘 했습니다^^ 물론 직원들도 모두가 너무너무 친절하고 잘 도와주셔서 정말 감사했습니다!! 한시장 근처에서 머물땐 한국인밖에 없어서 여기가 한국인가하는 생각이 들었는데 미케비치 쪽으로 오니까 확실히 외국인들이 많아 여행 온 느낌이 나네요!! 한국인 많이 없는 곳을 찾으신다면 여기입니다 ㅋㅋ

The hotel has a great location. If you get a room on one of the higher floors with an ocean view, you’ve done everything right – we had room 1805 and it was amazing. The price-performance ratio is very good. However, the hotel is definitely in need of renovation. You can already notice it with the elevators, which often have long waiting times, and the rooms feel quite outdated. That being said, I would still come back and would recommend it overall.

清潔感のあるとても綺麗なホテルでした。 チェックイン時はウェルカムドリンクをいただきながら、座ってゆっくり過ごせたのが嬉しかったです。 チェックイン前後の荷物預かりサービスのおかげで、身軽に観光を楽しめました。 今回は寝に帰るだけのスケジュールだったため、オーシャンビューは諦め、日程的に屋上プールも利用しませんでしたが、お部屋自体はすごく快適でした。 朝食はビュッフェスタイルで、どれを食べてもとても美味しく、つい食べ過ぎてしまいました。 3泊でしたが、おかずの内容が日替わりで飽きずに楽しめた点も良かったです。 バーもゆったり落ち着いて過ごせる空間で良かったです。 スタッフの方とは英語でやり取りができるため、非常にスムーズでした。 ビーチにも空港にも近く、アクセス良かったですし、夜も静かでゆっくり休めました。 また機会があれば利用したいです。
