Excellent standards, beautiful Dragon Bridge views, and outstanding service by the Elite team! • Status: Platinum Explorer • Room: Superior Room > Executive Room with Balcony & Han River View Dining & Breakfast Kudos to the culinary team! The food here truly lives up to Novotel’s high standards. I loved the extensive variety of options, and everything tasted delicious. Executive Lounge The Club Lounge deserves a lot of praise. The food service was very well-organized and highly professional. However, it was a bit disappointing that they barely replenished the buffet toward the end of the service. My only minor critique is that the bananas were quite bruised. The Room As expected from a city hotel, the room size is standard (especially coming straight from Moire Hoi An, which made this one feel a bit small). That said, the bed was incredibly comfy, and the high ceilings made a difference. The highlight was definitely the balcony, which offered great city views and a perfect vantage point to watch the Dragon Bridge breathe fire at 9:00 PM! 🐉✨🔥 Exceptional Service I was deeply impressed by the hospitality of Ms. Anh, Ms. Tu, and Ms. Truc. They truly went above and beyond, and I'm so grateful for their attention to detail. • Ms. Anh (Elite Member Desk): Thank you for taking such good care of me. She personally escorted me to the 29th floor for check-in and thoroughly explained everything about my stay. • Ms. Tu: She made an incredible impression. She looked after me so well and even helped book a local spa she recommended when I was struggling to choose one! 😅 • Ms. Truc: Thank you for ensuring a flawless and efficient check-out experience.

시내관광과 가족여행 중이라면 투숙을 강력추천. 유아와 부모님 친화적 호텔..주로 다낭 출/도착일이나 시내에서 볼 일이 있을 때 호텔에서 짧게 묵다가 가족여행으로 아파트먼트에 투숙함. 아기침대, 엑스트라배드 설치도 깔끔했고 조리도구, 전자레인지, 냉장고, 세탁기 등이 있어 편리했음. 라운지는 한강뷰에 상시로 음료를 제공하고 있고 직원들도 프로패셔널하고 친절함. 애프터눈티와 해피아워도 매우 만족스러웠음. 내 와인잔이 비어있는줄 나도 몰랐는데 직원이 알아서 먼저 챙겨주고… 베이비체어는 물론 아이를 진심으로 예뻐해줘서 감동. 조식당은 음식 가짓수도 넉넉하고 한국음식도 제법 있어 아이나 부모님들도 비교적 잘 드실 수 있음. 조식당, 라운지 모두 직원들이 아이를 진심으로 예뻐하고 배려해주는 것이 느껴서 감동적이었음. 라운지 직원 Nami님의 배려로 동행한 아기도 생긋생긋 웃으며 좋은 시간을 보낼 수 있었고, 조식당의 Vy님은 전날 마셨던 커피까지 기억해 알아서 먼저 챙겨주시는 기적의 서비스를 뽐내주심. 그리고 호텔에서 마주쳤던 모든 직원들의 환한 웃음과 배려 덕에 가족과 좋은 시간을 보낼 수 있었음. 이 자리를 빌어 다시 한번 감사합니다!
