Wir haben hier spontan ein Zimmer gebucht und standen 5 Minuten später auf der Matte. Der Service und der Empfang waren von Anfang an sehr zuvorkommend und man hat uns wie Könige behandelt.Das Zimmer war wunderschön, ruhig und top sauber. Es war alles da, was wir brauchten und genug Platz hatten wir auch. Glücklicherweise waren keine Baustellen ums Hotel, was im Moment in Da Nang eher eine Seltenheit ist, daher konnte man ruhig schlafen.Der Pool und die Bar waren auch sehr schön. Es waren sogar kleine Geschenke im Zimmer, z.B. ein wunderschöner, filigraner Holzfächer und ein süßes Pferd aus Ton.Zu meinem Geburtstag habe ich sogar eine kleine Aufmerksamkeit erhalten.Zu guter Letzt kam der Hotelmanager Christian beim Checkout auf uns zu, da er bemerkt hat, dass wir Deutsche sind und hat mit uns ein nettes, offenes Gespräch geführt. Das ist uns auch noch nie passiert, dass der Hotelmanager auf uns zukam. Das war wirklich ein tolles Erlebnis.Wir können das Hotel ausnahmslos weiterempfehlen.
미케비치에 있는 호텔 중에서 고심한 끝에 래디슨을 선택했는데 규모가 큰 호텔은 아니지만 좋은 가격에 오션뷰 패밀리룸(킹베드1개룸+더블베드2개룸)에서 가족 셋이 3박을 편히 머물다 왔어요. 호텔 시설이 깨끗하고 직원들이 친절하고 조식도 훌륭했어요. 리셉션 직원 중에 한국말이 가능한 현지인이 계셔서 불편함 없이 지냈어요. 객실 청소를 매일 아주 깨끗하게 해주었고 투룸 모두 에어컨도 시원하게 잘 나왔어요. 도보로 10분 거리에 식당과 스파가 많아서 편리했고, 호텔 바로 옆 24시 Z마트에서 소주, 라면, 김치를 열심히 추진했어요^^ 호텔 내 스파에서 90분 마사지를 받았는데 시내 스파보다 시설이 훨씬 깨끗하고 서비스가 좋았어요. 21층 인피니트풀은 해가 건물 뒤로 넘어가는 오후 시간에 이용하니 그늘지고 아주 시원했어요. 호텔 앞에 택시와 그랩 차량이 상시 대기중이라 따로 호출을 안해도 이용하기가 아주 편리했어요. 길 건너에 바로 해변이 있어서 각종 해양 액티비티 접근성이 좋았고, 유명 관광지가 멀지 않은 곳에 위치해서 이동하기가 정말 좋았어요. 개인적인 바람이 있다면, 헤어드라이어를 사용하는 곳에 거울이 있었으면, 수영복을 널기 위한 미니건조대가 있었으면, 로비 출입문이 수동이라 손님 출입 때마다 호텔직원이 수고스럽게 계속 열어주는 것이 부담스러우니 자동문이었으면... 입니다. 좋은 추억을 만들게 해준 래디슨 다낭에 감사를 마음을 전합니다.
The hotel’s location is excellent — the beach is just across the street, making it very convenient for morning walks and sunset views. The breakfast buffet had a wide selection of food choices every day, which we really enjoyed. What stood out the most was the very efficient and attentive service. Whenever we needed anything, the staff responded quickly and were always helpful and accommodating. Special thanks to Luna, who handled all of my requests with very prompt replies and excellent service throughout our stay. Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable experience, and we would definitely recommend this hotel for couples looking for a comfortable beach getaway.
Just want to express my gratitude for an excellent stay at the Radisson Blu Hotel Danang. The best coffee was served by Duong, and his smile gave my perfect Vietnamese cold coffee a warm energy. The entire staff at Radisson Blu went above and beyond to create the best possible guest experience. A special compliment to Christian, the hotel manager, who personally greets and meets his guests every day, while also showing genuine attention to his staff. That’s how a manager should be. The best thing to ask him? To take a photo of your family — which he does in a very “German” way… 😊 And trust me, I know something about photography — I work for the best camera company in the world: Canon.
