Pros- The Internet girlies were right! Excellent service, very relaxing. I got the combo with a head neck massage. Amy was very nice, thorough and diligent. It took a bit longer than 95 mins as I have a lot of hair. The back massage was so excellent i feel 5 kgs lighter already. As for the hair, scalp fees super clean but my hair is on the dry and textured, so I’ll only know the real benefits in some days. But this is the cleanest my hair has ever felt for sure. Feedback- I was very cold throughout as I’m not used to having a massage with Aircon, I would bring socks next time. And there was too much music (the letter cafe is right outside) so the spa music and cafe music were clashing. Cons- inside cafe apartments, in a small room. So you can hear lots of noise outside (people and construction). It was my first head spa, and I think I can’t personally sit still for longer than 1 hour. So I would go for a shorter treatment next time. Over all- excellent and well worth the amount for the effort they put in! They gave me a free coffee after my service which was a nice touch :)
I had an amazing experience with Combo 1 which was the head spa, a neck/shoulder massage, and a facial. The neck and shoulder massage was extremely relaxing and one of the best ones I’ve had. I also appreciate how time was taken to style my hair afterwards. I was able to make a last minute appointment via WhatsApp.
