Laundry Hub Anna provided excellent service. We used their service several times while staying in Da Nang, and every transaction was smooth and hassle-free. We simply called them and left our laundry and payment at the hotel lobby. The laundry was returned very clean and neatly folded.On one occasion, we intentionally left extra money as a tip but forgot to mention it during delivery. To our surprise, the extra money was returned to us. Their honesty and professionalism truly stood out.The prices were also very affordable, making their service an excellent value.Excellent service, reliable, trustworthy, and reasonably priced. I highly recommend Laundry Hub Anna to anyone visiting Da Nang. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
We couldn’t be happier with this laundry service in Da Nang. They were reliable, trustworthy, professional, and offered great value for money. The pick-up and delivery service was fast and efficient, and communication via WhatsApp was excellent from start to finish. Our laundry was returned beautifully cleaned, fresh, and neatly folded. We would definitely use them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a hassle-free laundry service.
Amazing service! We gave all our holiday clothes to them the day before we flew home and all clothes came back clean, fresh and pressed we just threw them straight in the bag as they were already folded. Delivery and pick was super easy. I cannot rate this service high enough!! 5 Stars!
I had a wonderful experience. Their service is top notch! They picked up my laundry in the morning and it was dropped off later in the afternoon on the same day. The customer service was also amazing, they were so quick to respond. The clothes are all folded so nice and smells great! I can’t fault them at all. If you are staying in Da nang and need laundry service, contact them you won’t be disappointed.
We are travelling from Australia and I found Laundry Anna Hub on google- the communication from start to finish was excellent, service provided exactly as asked, hotel pick up and delivered back promptly same day, in perfect condition. And the pricing is a bargain!! Absolutely exceptional - highly recommend in Danang!
Amazing speedy service, used them twice and always been super happy, always with pickup + delivery from the hotel. Last time I used the shoes cleaning service too, and they came out spotless. This time I left 100k in a pocket by mistake and they returned it together with the laundry, super honest people. Recommended 100%, remember to tip the drivers 🤙
Look no further if you need to have your clothes laundered!!!! What an amazing experience with Laundry Anna… Easy communication with Anna through WhatsApp. They travelled to our hotel, picked up our laundry, then messaged the weight and price. We left the cash at our front desk and by the end of the day we had our beautifully laundered clothes back! Thank you so much!
リゾートホテルの近くにあってすごく便利でした！ 値段も良心的で、出来上がったものをホテルまで無料で配達してくれるのが本当に助かりました。 洗濯後は服を綺麗に畳んで袋にパッキングしてくれるので、最終日で荷物がいっぱいだった時もコンパクトになって返ってきて、スーツケース整理がかなり楽でした！ LINEやKakaoTalkなど色々な連絡手段でやり取りできるので、何か不安なことがあってもすぐ確認できて安心でした。 配達完了の連絡も写真付きで送ってくれたり、対応がとても丁寧でした。 仕上がりもいい香りで大満足です！ダナン旅行中にとてもおすすめのランドリーです😊
