I dove into the Mì Quảng, its golden noodles soaking up a rich, aromatic broth, each bite bursting with fresh herbs and crunch. Then came the Bún Mắm—savory, complex, a harmony of textures that left me lingering over the last spoonful. The Lemongrass Tofu is delightful and I recommend eating it with the Seaweed Rice. Super delicious combo. If you are looking for something spicy try the My Cay – Spicy Noodle Soup. Sooooo good. Truthfully, their whole menu is good. And here’s the twist, I’d unknowingly crossed paths with the owners at another vegan hotspot days before.
