I dove into the Mì Quảng, its golden noodles soaking up a rich, aromatic broth, each bite bursting with fresh herbs and crunch. Then came the Bún Mắm—savory, complex, a harmony of textures that left me lingering over the last spoonful. The Lemongrass Tofu is delightful and I recommend eating it with the Seaweed Rice. Super delicious combo. If you are looking for something spicy try the My Cay – Spicy Noodle Soup. Sooooo good. Truthfully, their whole menu is good. And here’s the twist, I’d unknowingly crossed paths with the owners at another vegan hotspot days before. Lần đầu ghé Chay Hương Sen, mình thật sự ấn tượng với không gian sạch sẽ, thoáng mát và rất dễ chịu. Quán nằm ngay trung tâm nên tiện đường, bước vào là thấy nhẹ lòng. Món ăn chay ở đây ngon, vừa miệng, đặc biệt là gỏi thập cẩm và ram cuốn cải – ăn xong thấy thanh mát, không bị ngấy. Nhân viên phục vụ nhiệt tình, dễ thương, tạo cảm giác như đang ăn cơm nhà. Một trải nghiệm ấm áp, nhẹ nhàng giữa lòng Đà Nẵng mà mình rất muốn quay lại lần nữa.
