After visiting myself, I honestly find it difficult to relate to many of the negative reviews. Based on my personal experience, the staff were friendly, respectful, and highly competent. Sometimes reviews can be influenced by individual expectations, but what I experienced was outstanding service from start to finish.
From the outside, I didn't expect much, but once inside, the atmosphere completely changed my impression. Everything was clean, quiet, and well organized. The receptionist was friendly without being overly formal, and Quan delivered a massage that was exactly what I needed after a long week.
