Tôi không biết phải cảm ơn Bác sĩ Hùng và đội ngũ tuyệt vời của ông ấy như thế nào cho đủ vì những gì họ đã làm cho tôi. Chẳng ai thích đi nha sĩ cả, nhưng đây có lẽ là lần tôi cảm thấy thoải mái nhất khi phải thực hiện các thủ thuật nha khoa phức tạp. Chúng tôi liên lạc qua WhatsApp và dịch vụ phiên dịch trực tiếp cho những thuật ngữ tiếng Anh phức tạp thật sự rất tuyệt vời. Có lúc tôi đã cảm thấy quá tải (vì phải ngồi trên ghế nha khoa gần 5 tiếng đồng hồ) và đội ngũ nha khoa đã ngay lập tức đến an ủi và nắm tay tôi. Sau mỗi buổi hẹn, tôi đều được cung cấp đầy đủ thuốc kháng sinh, thuốc giảm đau cần thiết, và thậm chí còn được tặng cả máy tăm nước. Ngay cả chú bảo vệ bên ngoài cũng rất dễ thương! Tôi cần thực hiện các thủ thuật nha khoa chuyên sâu sau nhiều năm bị hạn chế khả năng nhai và mòn răng, và Glamjet đã giới thiệu nha sĩ này cho tôi. Tổng cộng các công việc tôi đã thực hiện bao gồm: bọc sứ toàn bộ răng hàm trên và hàm dưới, cấy ghép implant cho một chiếc răng đã mất ở phía trong, và bọc mão sứ cho răng implant đó (trong chuyến tái khám).

I had a 5-star experience from start to finish. The staff were professional, friendly, and genuinely caring. The clinic is modern, with state-of-the-art equipment, and the team speaks English, making communication easy. The quality of care and materials used was outstanding. Everything was explained clearly with a free estimate and transparent, upfront pricing; there were absolutely no hidden costs. Appointments were well-organized, and their time management was excellent. Best of all, the treatment was extremely affordable without compromising on quality. I cant express how good my experience was with the whole team at Queen Anne Dentistry. From the warm welcome on arrival, to the lovely and respectful treatment from the staff. The Dentist was amazing and the treatment was painless. The whole process was a breeze and the end result is beyond my expectations. Im so happy I made the trip from Perth to Vietnam/Da Nang to the Queen Anne Dentist. I highly recommend for anyone needing any dental treatment, there facilities are very new and clean, the staff are really caring and lovely, and the Dentist was amazing. Queen Anne dental are by far the best dental experience I've ever had. My wife was having major dental work done and from the very moment we contacted them we were treated amazingly. They cover everything from travel, flights, visas and even your Superannuation application and submission of you need it. We obviously had a few concerns being overseas but they are actually based in Australia so all your post treatment can be done here if needed. I had no intention of having work done due to some terrible past dental experience but they were so good with my wife I decided to get some done while I was there. They are the most caring, professional and friendly crew I have ever met and I got 7 crowns and an implant for less than the price of just an implant here in Australia. We can not recommend them enough and if I could give them 100 stars I would. Thank you Queen Anne, absolutely amazing and we will definitely be back if needing anything else in the future.

Bác sĩ chuyên môn cao, giải thích rõ ràng tình trạng răng và đưa ra lộ trình điều trị rất minh bạch, không chèo kéo dịch vụ. 10 điểm cho chất lượng!
